At Buytiqeen, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to help you with a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You do not like the product or are not satisfied with it.
You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong product.
For change-of-mind returns, the product should be unused and in its original condition, with packaging and accessories where applicable.3. How to Request a Return

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please include clear photographs if available.

Please contact us and wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buytiqeen will cover the return shipping cost for eligible approved returns. 5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed after the return has been reviewed. The time taken for the refund to reach you may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be sent to the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request verified bank account or UPI details to process your refund.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances.

7. Non-Returnable Products

Some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law, such as products clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase or items that cannot be returned for genuine hygiene or safety reasons.

This does not remove your legal rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Cancellation may not be possible after the order has been dispatched. Any applicable refund for a successfully cancelled paid order will be processed accordingly.
